I often support clients with anxiety, depression, relationship boundaries, emotional labor in romantic relationships, life transitions, and trauma. I’ve also helped many clients with codependency, boundaries, stress, self esteem, coping skills, work and career stress, work/life balance, and adult friendships.
My therapeutic approach is integrative which allows each client to have their own individualized experience. I am encouraging, uplifting, and a supportive listener. My work focuses on assisting others to search intrinsically for an improved version of self. Searching within, past experiences; good and not so good, can provide space for strength, courage and healing.
My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapies, allowing for the understanding of how past experiences can shape our development and impact the present, and for learning tools and strategies to change what no longer serves you. My approach is collaborative, working together with clients and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals. I believe that you are the expert on you, while I bring training and experience, and together we find a path to progress..
I support adult individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, work stress and other similar issues.
