How Our Groups Work

Ongoing groups begin the week of November 9 and have no set end date, so you can join anytime and stay for as long as the group is helpful to you.

Closed groups (our 8-week programs and the Processing Group) start on a set date, and new members don't join once the group begins. This helps everyone build trust and move through the work together.

All groups meet on Zoom for Healthcare. Please join from a private, quiet space where others can't overhear, and be located in California during each session.
