Plus, many apps offer reminders and tracking features to help you stay on track and monitor your progress.

5. Traditional Pen and Paper - Oh yes! Never underestimate the power of traditional pen and paper! For those who find it therapeutic to write, this is the best choice. Only available offline and helps you stay off screen for a few minutes.
